Advisory: Not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to having no elevator and being located on the second floor.

Garage space: Open from 15th June to 15th September. 150 meters from the apartment.

Completely exterior apartment, in the second floor, enjoys a superb location which allows you to enjoy the beaches of L'Escala, Empúries and Cala Montgó by foot or by public transport (little train of L'Escala).

Masferrer 2 is a comfortable apartment in the old town of L'Escala, just 300 meters from the beach.

The apartment size is 58m ² for up to 4 people.

It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a terrace 4,5 m² overlooking the village and the church (afternoon sun) and a 4m ² balcony with access from the bedrooms (morning sun).

The bedrooms feature a king bed and two singles, respectively.

The bathroom is complete with bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped, except dishwasher.

Trés bon accueil, adresse du bureau de Cesar difficile à trouver location impeccable mais prix du ménage beaucoup trop cher en rapport de la prestation...heureusement j'ai eut un petit geste commercial car une seule personne à séjourné dans l'appartement . Alors peut-être nous reviendrons car nous allons à la Escala toutes les Années depuis 6ans.

Buenos apartamentos con una ubicación ideal en el casco antiguo de L´escala. Son prácticos y cuentan con lo suficiente. Cerca de pescadería supermercado y demás servicios. A 5 minutos andando de la playa. Todo muy cómodo.

Excelente ubicación en el municipio, con todos los servicios básicos al alcance (tiendas de comestibles, farmacia, aparcamiento,etc). Los gestores del apartamento muy amables. Mobiliario básico pero suficiente y en buen estado.
