At Costa Brava For Rent, we carefully select houses, apartments and traditional country houses whose owners wish to generate income from their property through holiday or seasonal rentals.
Since 2007, we have provided professional, personal management tailored to each property. We take care of marketing the accommodation, managing bookings and assisting guests, as well as coordinating cleaning, laundry services and the ongoing supervision of the property.
Our aim is to make property management easier for owners, take good care of each accommodation and provide guests with an enjoyable experience.

Promotion of the accommodation through our sales channels, together with the management of rates, calendars and bookings.
Guest management
Assistance before, during and after the stay, preparation of rental agreements, collection of rental payments and deposits, and management of arrivals and departures.
Property supervision
Coordination of cleaning and laundry services, preparation of the accommodation and follow-up of any issues that may arise during a stay.
