Costa Brava For Rent and ImmoAlbons are the two brands operated by Costabravaforrent SC, a company founded in 2007 and based in Albons, Girona.

Through Costa Brava For Rent, we manage tourist accommodation and seasonal stays. Through ImmoAlbons, we provide property sales and rental services.

Who we are

Cristina Ballús de Gispert

Cristina holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona and has experience in the Spanish and French hotel sectors. She is a founding partner of Costabravaforrent SC and is responsible for Costa Brava For Rent.

Òscar Caralps Masramon

Òscar holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from IQS – Ramon Llull University and a postgraduate qualification in Financial Advice and Mediation from the University of Barcelona. He has also completed specialist courses at the University of Girona in taxation, private law, urban and rural leases, and property valuation. He is a founding partner of Costabravaforrent SC and is responsible for ImmoAlbons.
