Welcome to CBFR!
Costa Brava For Rent and ImmoAlbons are the two brands operated by Costabravaforrent SC, a company founded in 2007 and based in Albons, Girona.
At Costa Brava For Rent, we manage holiday rental properties and seasonal stays. Through ImmoAlbons, we offer property sales and purchases, long-term residential lettings and property management on an as-needed basis, providing support and coordinating maintenance, improvements and renovation work.
Who we are
Cristina Ballús de Gispert
Cristina holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona and has experience in the Spanish and French hotel sectors. She is a founding partner of Costabravaforrent SC and is responsible for Costa Brava For Rent.
Òscar Caralps Masramon
Òscar holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from IQS – Ramon Llull University and a postgraduate qualification in Financial Advice and Mediation from the University of Barcelona. He has also completed specialist courses at the University of Girona in taxation, private law, urban and rural leases, and property valuation. He is a founding partner of Costabravaforrent SC and is responsible for ImmoAlbons.

Since April 2016, we have acted as intermediaries in the sale and purchase of homes and land in Albons and the surrounding towns and villages. We also offer long-term residential lettings and property management on an as-needed basis, coordinating maintenance, improvements and renovation work.
