Segalar 3 is a lovely duplex apartment with panoramic views of the countryside and Mount Segalar, located in the rural village of Albons, 4 km from the beaches of L'Escala, Costa Brava.

Cozy apartment built in 2007, completely exterior and bright, in the first floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children.

The apartment size is 90 m² for up to 6 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, terrace, solarium, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.

Segalar 3 features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, a terrace of 10 m² and 40 m² sun terrace overlooking the countryside (afternoon sun).

On the duplex floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a full bathroom with a bath and solarium.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, plus kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher.

29/07/2023 Very nice and clean apartment, equipped with airco and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is also very nice. Both terraces have a good view, with sun protection on the terrace on the first floor. Some additional garden furniture on the roof terrace would be good to better enjoy the terrace.

Vàrem tenir un problema amb la conexió d’internet i la Cristina va fer el que va poder, però era culpa de Movistar i l’empresa no va fer res durant la nostra estada.El jardí i la piscina ,tot i anar-hi a l agost , són espais molt cuidats i tranquils. La gent discreta,educada,sense aldarulls...Albons està a un pas de l Escala, per tant tens tots el serveis que necessites.No és la primera vegada i no serà l’última.

Apartamento grande y cómodo, distribuido en dos plantas, con vistas a los campos de cultivo y a las montañas. Está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Dispone incluso de juguetes para los niños, además de detalles que no he encontrado en otros apartamentos a la hora de ir de vacaciones, por ejemplo, jabón para la lavadora y el lavavajillas, también jabón lavavajillas para lavar a mano, etc...Francamente quizás es el mejor equipado que he encontrado nunca. Los muebles son bonitos y funcionales y el WIFI funciona perfectamente. Dispone de dos grandes terrazas. La piscina del complejo está muy bien.También dispone de parking subterráneo.Estamos muy contentos de nuestra estancia y lo recomendamos a todos los que quieran estar alojados en un lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado.

Ravie de ces 2 semaines passées à Albons . L appartement est très fonctionnel, vaste et très agréable , la résidence est calme et la piscine très appréciable de part sa dimension et par son traitement au sel et non au chlore. Christina et Oscar sont très accueillants et disponibles tous les jours pour résoudre le moindre problème . Nous sommes prêts à relouer par leur intermédiaire sans hésiter ou à les recommander .

29/07/2011 Hem estat molt bé. Està localitzat en un lloc amb bones comunicacions. L'apartament està molt ben equipat. Al ser un recinte tancat és apropiat per les criatures. Molt còmode el fet de tenir parquing (plaça gran) i pujar directament a l'apartament. La piscina i el seu entorn cuidat. Ho recomanem.

Inolvidable la estancia en Can Segalar 3. La recordaremos siempre. Desde Albons, hemos tenido un 'cuatel general' para cada día visitar un lugar de la Costa Brava diferente. La arquitectura de de Can Segalar es curiosa y atractiva, así como la piscina, y las vistas extensas desde este lugar. Sinceramente, muy recomendable
