Cozy apartment built in 2007 and rebuilt in 2022, completely exterior and bright, in the ground floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children.

The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 4 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, large terrace, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.

Segalar 9 features two double bedrooms, bathroom complete with shower, a second toilet, kitchen, living room, dining area and a 20 m² terrace overlooking the countryside (afternoon sun).

01/02/2022 Cristina and Oscar are exceptionally gracious, helpful, communicative and always smiling. we rented the apartment for the months of December and January, whilst our new house was being built about 30 minutes away. The new build was delayed so we rented a second apartment for a further month in the same block. Both apartments were warm, comfortable and fully equipped, including Wi-Fi, dishwasher and tv. L’escala is about five minutes drive away giving access to Lidl, Carrefour and other major supermarkets plus a beach. Underground parking at the apartments and lifts made it easy for us to use a wheelchair. Highly recommended.

11/07/2019 El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Tiene todo (y más) lo que necesitamos, incluidas trona, cuna, batidora, lavadora, lavavajillas. Y muchos extras para usar a cargo del propietario (jabón de manos, de platos, esponjas, aceite, sal, etc etc). Las vistas son muy buenas. Mis hijos disfrutaban viendo a los tractores trabajando (que no molestaban para nada, a nivel de ruido). El sitio es muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo, seguro. Cuenta de una piscina y jardines fantásticos. Lo recomendamos 100%. La agencia que lo lleva son muy agradables y están siempre disponibles.

El apartamento está localizado en Albons un pueblo a 4 km de L'escala por lo que su ubicación es magnifica, fuera del bullicio de L'escala pero muy cerca para comprar, ir a la playa, o visitar las ruinas. La urbanización limpia y acogedora, y las instalaciones comunes bien cuidadas. El apartamento está tal cual viene en las fotos, es amplio y con una terraza fantástica, bien equipado. Solo le pondría dos pegas, los mosquitos, al estar en el campo hay que prevenirse de ellos. Las habitaciones dan al interior de la urbanización, que no es muy ruidosa, pero si te molestan los ruidos fácilmente te puede llegar a molestar. En cualquier caso es recomendable 100%, repetiremos.

We really liked the appartment. The location is good but you do need a car to go to the beaches and LÉscala. The check in/out was very friendly and we appreciate the way we communicated by mail before the arrival. The wifi was very strong and we had no problems to login. Also parking feels very safe in the garage. Oscar and Cristina helped us very well when i lost my wallet while riding my bike, they lend us money to come home since all my card where blocked. And Oscar called the policestation to inform them what happened, the police took our statement and that helped out very good.We had a great stay and sure will come back in the future!

Cal revisat la tanca de la terrassa que dóna a l'entrada del garatge, és massa curta, hauria d'anar fins al final de la jardinera, més que res pels petits. El meu petit s'hi va enfilar.... Estàvem atents, però si està protegit millor.

Residence calme et très agréable, c'est parfait pour une famille avec enfants.Les appartements sont confortables,bien équipés et très propres.Cristina et Oscar sont accueillants et disponibles donc nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette résidence.

Have been to Costa Brava a couple of times before, and knew of Albons. This is a great place if you want to avoid the crowds of L'Escala or L'Estartit. Its quiet, but that's what we were looking for, great family apartment, and great place to go exploring from. Obviously you need a car, but you need a car anyway to get to the best beaches between Empuries to Callella!
