It enjoys all the features needed for a wonderful holiday.
The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 4 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, terrace, communal garden and community pool.
It features two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area and a 10m² terrace.
The bedrooms have a large double bed, and two small beds. The bathroom is completed with bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher included.
The terrace, living room and dining area are perfectly equipped (see photos) and have exterior aspects.

Next to the residence there is a children's playground and a Pumptrack Skate, Bike and Scooter. Supermarkets and shops are only 5 minutes walking.

20/07/2025 We enjoyed being there. We had a faboulous apartment. Nice Pool, good working air condition and kitchen appliances. Good Parking Situation, Supermarkets close by Walking. 20 Minutes Walk to a big variety of restaurants. Lots of beaches close. But Internet connection was very very poor. Christina & Òscar wanted to take care about that.

30/08/2022 Aquesta ha estat la mostra tercera estada en aquest apartament. Està molt ben equipat, ens agrada molt la ubicació, els llits son molt còmodes, però el sofà llit de la sala s’hauria de canviar. Aquest any hem vist la tele asseguts a terra amb coixins. D’altre banda la Cristina i l’Oscar de Costa Brava for Rent, son molt professionals i agradables i estant molt pendents de qualsevol cosa que puguis necessitar.

09/07/2021 Great apartment – already planning a return visit.Excellent location – Located in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of L’escala but you can walk everywhere - 10 mins walk to a beautiful beach and many other beaches along a very picturesque coastal walk, 20 mins walk to the lovely stylish restaurant sector of L’escala. 5 mins to 2 large supermarkets.Attractive, modern, comfortable, and very clean apartment enjoying a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.Extremely thoughtful touches – The apartment is very well equipped and has lovely clean linen. The management team are very helpful and have made available all the day-to-day items you take for granted at home – e.g. washing up liquid, salt and pepper, cling film, washing tablets, matches etc – this was a really excellent surprise.The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift in the building which is very convenient. There is plenty of parking available, including a secure parking in the underground garage,
