Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 35 need a prior authorization to be accepted.

Masramon is a beautiful villa with its own private swimming pool of 6x3, with views of the Montgrí Park and 900 metres from the beach.

It consists of a suite and four double bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace. The dining room has space for up to twelve people. There are three complete bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house has a terrace with a dining table for up to twelve people and an area for sunbathing with sun beds. The garden has grass lawns and native plants and trees. There is also a barbecue and private parking for three cars.

The surface area of the house is 175 square metres on one floor, suitable for up to twelve people. The surface area of the parcel of land is 1000 square metres. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

21/06/2022 Everything was perfect! We were two families / 9 persons and had 11 beautiful days in Masramon with its garden and pool. Everything was there, the beds are comfortable, the house is ideally located between a wonderful pebble beach (Cala Illa Mateua, 10 min walk over the hill) and the sandy beach of Cala Montgo (20 min walk). Best starting point for Mountainbiking and hiking, but also close to the city and beaches of l`Escala. Best place for a holiday.

30/09/2019 We are very pleased to visit Can Masramon. The house has charm and we feel almost at home when we are there. Two things can further enhance the quality. It would be extremely comfortable if there was a bit in the fridge when we arrive - e.g. some water and maybe some bread, cheese, etc. especially because we arrive so late. Also, it would be nice if there was a gas grill available. But otherwise everything is just so nice and we hope to return sometime. Thanks.

If you are looking for a home cosy and spacious house for your vacation, Can Masramon is the perfect place! It may lack the comfort of having an AC, but you realy feel at home there. Plenty of space both out- and indoor! A lovely, fenced in pool makes it safe even for families with toddlers.

L'entorn és bonic, el jardí i la piscina.El porxo es agradable i el menjador també.L'entrada de la casa amb la barbacoa lleig i deixat així com les habitacions.Algunes parts de la casa brutes estanteries plenes de pols i armaris.Crec que les habitacions s'haurien de buidar i renovar.La tv vella i atrotinada el dvd no funcionava.La cuina correcte.

03/06/2010 Somos un grupo de jovenes que estuvimos el fin de semana del 28-30 de mayo de 2010 y ha estad todo genial nos lo hemos pasado muy bien la casa en general estaba muy bien ha sido una estancia agradable y el trato magnifico el año que viene si volvemos a irnos todos juntos ya se ha que casa iremos! saludos la recomiendo es una casa increible y la picina porla noche de lujo.
