Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 35 need a prior authorization to be accepted.

Ricardell has four double bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with single beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. The living room contains a large sofa. The dining room has space for eight people. There are two complete bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The surface area of the house is 120 square metres distributed on two floors, suitable for up to eight people. The parcel of land is 300 square metres. On the upper floor are three bedrooms (all of them with air conditioning), one with a small balcony, and a bathroom. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

The house has a terrace with a table for eight people, a private swimming pool of 6x3 and a garden surrounding part of the house. There is a small barbecue and parking space for three cars.

11/09/2022 Logement parfait et tres agréable , tous sur place que ce soit vaisselles, linges de lits et bains.. nous étions 4 adultes avec 2 bébé (13 mois et 11 mois), très arrangeant ayant mis sur places 2 lits parapluies et 2 chaises hautes.et i infiniment. La piscine n’est pas un luxe vue la semaine de chaleur que nous avons eu même pour les enfants. A très bientôt Osacar et Cristina

14/08/2022 Considero que no es coherente que la entrada sea a las 16 y la salida a las 10. A parte el desplazamiento hasta la oficina de las llaves ha sido una dificultad. Esto ha empeorado la valoracion de manera considerable.

07/08/2022 Notre séjour a été très agréable. la maison est très bien agencée pour le nb de personnes que nous étions. La prestation est de qualité, très bien entretenue, piscine nettoyée plusieurs fois par semaine... 2 petits reproches, nous nous attendions à avoir une maison climatisée. A cette période de l'année, les ventilateurs seuls ne sont pas suffisants. Nous avons été envahis par les fourmis, jusque dans le lave vaisselle. L'agence Costa brava for rent est très sérieuse et nous avons eu un bon contact avec Cristina. Merci encore

09/07/2022 Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Les draps de lits, draps de bain, de vaisselle, produits d'entretien, papier w-c sont compris. La maison est très bien conçue avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et une salle de bain et trois chambres à l'étage avec une salle de bain également. La piscine est parfaite pour 8, le Mr qui l'entretient très sympathique. A recommander.

22/09/2021 Ricardell 9 is a perfect house close to the beach of Riells (5minutes walk). The house was clean and the kitchen is well equiped. The pool is nice and there is a guy who cleans the pool twice a week. Sheets and towels are included and we could check in earlier, perfect with a little kid. Oscar and Cristina are perfect hosts and they arranged even a baby bed and chair. SUPERB! if I can do 1 suggestion is to put an umbrella on the terras because there is no shade, however next to the house in the grass there is a lot of shade.

01/09/2020 La casa està en una zona tranquila, a 700 m de la platja, està totalment equipada i netíssima, passa sense problemes la 'prueba del algodón'. Tots els estris de la cuina estan en molt bon estat i els llits són molt còmodes. No vem haver de portar tovalloles ni llençols, i quan vem arribar ja hi havia els bàsics de neteja per una setmana. El manteniment de la piscina es va fer dues vegades a la setmana, el senyor que el fa és molt discret i amable. Tant el servei d'entrada com el de sortida van ser impecables, ens hem sentit molt ben atesos. L'única (petita) pega és que per 8 persones només hi ha un sofà de 4 places, per això no he donat 5 punts al confort. Per la resta, tot molt bé.

Location parfaitement conforme à ce que nous attendions, propre, fonctionnelle, spacieuse et bien entretenue (même pendant la semaine, piscine + espaces verts). l'accueil de l'agence est professionnel et riche en conseils. 2 bémols cependant : en cas de fraîcheur, les couvertures ne sont pas de bonnes dimensions (mais il fait beau en Espagne!)et une des chambres dédiées aux enfants présente un défaut de fermeture au niveau de la fenêtre qui nous a causé quelques frayeurs.

Maison agréable bien située (proche plage et commerces) mais au calme. Séjour agréable de 2 fammilles avec 2 enfants chacun. Ne pas hésiter à contacter Oscar et Cristina qui sont très disponibles et vraiment très sympas! Au fait, la nouvelle cafetière est top!!! Merci encore! je recommande cette location!

first impression clean, super clean. Big rooms comfertable beds plenty of space for our stuff from the bags. nice pool. great kitchen. onley the showerhad must be replaced every few years. we would rent the house next time again. And also the contact with costa brava for rent (oscar) was really great. with kind regards. chris

Très bon accueil à l'agence et simplification des départs et des arrivées. La maison est confortable, assez bien située. La piscine sécurisée est très appréciable avec les enfants. Equipement de la maison en général très bien.

Notre séjour s'est trés bien passé malgré quelques petits dysfonctionnements (cafetiére, machine à laver, ...) la maison est assez fonctionnelle mais il manque par exemple des fils à linge dehors et surtout ailleurs que derriére le barbecue des voisins,ou des portes vêtements dans la salle de bain et dans les chambres. mais un grand merci à Cristina et Oscar pour leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, les enfants on des souvenir plein la tête et nous aussi. encore merci.

Tres bonne location idéale pour 8 personnes avec un équipement complet, draps et serviette fournies, ménage compris dans la prestation, piscine protégé par une barrière idéale pour des vacances en sécurité et régulièrement nettoyé. Situé à 500m de la plage (10 min à pied avec des enfants) quartier très calme. Rien à dire, à prendre sans hésitations. Les gens de l'agence sont très gentils et arrangent.
