Llimona is a beautiful , practical semi-detached house, 100 metres from the beach, with an excellent location in the centre of Sant Martí d’Empuries, behind the church square, overlooking the promenade of Empúries, the beaches and the archaeological site .

A 19thcentury building, recently renovated, on a plot of 135m².

The house has a surface area of 150m² distributed on three floors, suitable for a maximum of six people. Boasting a garden, covered terrace with views and sun terrace.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one in suite with bathroom and dressing room, and a second full bathroom.

The first floor consists of the living room, the covered terrace with views and the kitchen-dining room.

While on the second floor we find an open living room, a complete bathroom and the sun terrace.

All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun. All bathrooms are with shower.

The L-shaped garden surrounds part of the house, from the entrance hall to the bedrooms.

05/07/2026 Cristina y Oscar gestionan su actividad con un muy alto nivel de profesionalidad y, a la vez, con amabilidad familiar y buena educación. Siempre están disponibles. La casa, que ya conocíamos, tiene una de las mejores vistas de la costa brava. El mar, las playas, los árboles y la explanada verde hasta las ruinas greco romanas y el museo. El desayuno en la terraza es emocionante. La gran cocina y sus innumerables utensilios es espectacular. También la espléndida biblioteca. El resto de dependencias resulta un poco austero y la empinada y algo angosta escalera no parece practicable por personas con alguna dificultad de movilidad. Se puede aparcar el coche en el propio jardín, lo que resulta comodísimo. Los restaurantes de la plaza del pueblo cubren todas las variantes de comida para adultos y niños. La playa es excelente salvo si hay tramontana.

24/08/2019 Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en Casa Llimona. Ubicación perfecta. La casa es muy bonita y esta muy bien decorada. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Falta acomodar y decorar la segunda planta y la terraza para sacarle todo el partido. Repetiremos!

Superbe Maison, bien placée, bien décorée, bien entretenue ! On regrette fortement le manque d'équipements sur la terrasse supérieure ne permettant pas d'y prendre un Bain de soleil, d'y prendre l'apéritif ou encore d'y dîner... elle est donc un peu inutile...
